Thanks to our innovative 24-hour support service we can help people to reclaim their independence and live in their own home without fear.
How does it work?
- A Lifeline unit linked to your telephone
- Call for help by simply pressing the button on the pendant alarm
- Friendly highly trained advisors will answer the calls 24 hours a day
- Provide an appropriate response (call a family member/friend or neighbour)
- Call a doctor or emergency services if required
The Lifeline will indicate to our staff who is sending the call so if, for some reason, you are unable to talk, they will know who you are and where you live.
What do I need to connect to the service?
All that is required is a telephone socket near an electric socket. Do not worry if you do not have these sockets as we can help you to arrange for these to be provided.
